Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (Female )to handle OUR Customers . Place of working will be at Chullikal-Fortkochi, Ernakulam

Responsibilities

Calling customers and persuading them to purchase the products of Abad foods.

Responsible for achieving sales targets

Receiving the orders from the customers and Coordinating with the operation team in Kerala branches to ensure the timely delivery of the products.

Handling incoming calls, attending to complaints, and forwarding them to concerned departments.
