Key Responsibilities

Production Planning / Order Management

o Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule orders as per sales requirements.

o Ensure alignment between customer demand and production capacity.

o Track order status and ensure timely completion.

Debtors / Collection Management

o Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections.

o Coordinate with finance and sales teams to minimize overdue payments.

o Prepare periodic debtor aging reports.

Stock Management

o Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.

o Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock.

o Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items for effective planning.

Pricing (Quotation & Proforma Invoice Creation)

o Prepare and issue quotations and proforma invoices as per company guidelines.

o Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to approved commercial terms.

o Support sales team in negotiation by providing updated cost and pricing inputs.

Dispatch Planning

o Plan and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely delivery to customers.

o Liaise with logistics partners for smooth transportation.

o Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve delivery-related issues.

External Processing Agent (EPA) Management

o Coordinate with external processing agents for job work/outsourced activities.

o Track material sent/received and ensure timely completion of processing.

o Maintain records of EPA transactions and quality compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
