Vaave is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with customers, driving retention, enabling referrals, and creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role acts as a key link between customers and Vaave's initiatives, ensuring customers consistently derive value from the platform.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and engagement
Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to provide relevant solutions
Communicate Vaave's initiatives, new features, and programs to customers
Drive adoption of Vaave's initiatives and programs across the customer base
Gather customer feedback on initiatives and share insights with internal teams
Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
Identify early signs of churn risk and work with internal teams to address concerns
Ensure consistent value delivery from Vaave's products and services
Encourage and facilitate customer referrals through relationship-led interactions
Identify satisfied customers and convert advocacy into structured referrals
Track and follow up on referral opportunities
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Vaave's offerings based on customer usage and needs
Influence purchasing decisions through relationship-building rather than direct selling
Collaborate with sales and product teams to position relevant solutions
Success Metrics
Improvement in renewal and long-term engagement
Number of customers actively adopting Vaave's initiatives and programs
Customer referrals
Upsell opportunities

1-2 years of experience, preferably in customer-facing roles in B2B companies
Familiarity with customer engagement, retention, or referral programs
Ability to learn and grow

Strong business acumen
Experience:
