Responsible for nurturing provided leads, conducting research, and managing data and analysis to support business growth in the medical consumables, equipment, and hospital furniture distribution sector. (

This is Non - Sales Job

We are looking for a candidate based in Mumbai. Please note that this job requires the candidate to interact with CEO and Management level customers.

Tasks & Activities:

1. Lead Nurturing:
- Follow up on provided leads through emails and calls.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads.
- Track and report on lead conversion rates.

2. Market Research:
- Conduct research on potential leads as per directed by the manager
- Gather data on qualified leads as per directed by the manager
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain the data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align research findings with marketing strategies.

3. Business Support:
- Assist in the development of business strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team.

4. Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect and organize leads from various sources for analysis.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data findings.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
- Share data insights with relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,244.60 per month
