Job Description

Lead Calling:

Use provided databases, leads lists, or CRM systems to make outbound calls to potential buyers who have shown interest in purchasing flats or have expressed interest in real estate investments.

Pitching and Presenting:

Present details of available flats, including floor plans, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and any promotional offers. Highlight unique selling points to generate interest.

Qualification:

Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and timeline for purchasing a flat. Determine their level of interest and likelihood to convert into a sale.

Handling Objections:

Address any concerns or objections raised by potential buyers regarding the property, pricing, terms, or any other factors. Provide accurate and compelling responses to overcome objections and maintain interest.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for interested prospects to visit the property for a viewing or consultation with a sales agent. Ensure all necessary details are communicated to the sales team.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
