We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive cum Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales/operations team.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and relevant records. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and complaints to ensure timely resolution. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business goals.

Requirements



Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,542.69 - ?25,000.00 per month
