Polar AI delivers AI-driven automation and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients. We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor AI implementation projects from start to delivery Act as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations and communication Coordinate with cross-functional teams -- Product, Engineering, Data, and Support Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; ensure deadlines are met Conduct regular reviews and provide project status reports Ensure smooth go-live, handover, and post-deployment support Maintain documentation for scope, changes, deliverables, and approvals
Requirements

2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or IT services Strong organizational and client management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with conversational AI, automation, or CRM tools (good to have) Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle PMP / Agile certification is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
