Key Responsibilities

Clearly explain the eligibility, criteria, and complete process for acquiring a Bachpan Play School franchise. Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential franchise partners and interested prospects. Share comprehensive details on investment, space/infrastructure needs, and operational requirements. Maintain strong communication and build rapport with potential franchisees to support their decision-making. Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed prospects.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written). Ability to confidently handle both incoming and outgoing calls. Female candidates residing near Karol Bagh will be preferred.
