Job Overview:
The
Client Relationship Manager
will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction post-sale. The role involves consistent communication, follow-ups, query resolution, and ensuring timely service from order confirmation to payment collection. The CRM will serve as a bridge between clients and the company to maintain trust and retain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all client leads and post-order requirements are handled efficiently.
Maintain excellent
after-sales service
and ensure client satisfaction.
Collect
genuine feedback
from clients to help improve services and products.
Manage the complete service cycle from order confirmation to payment collection.
Address client queries and complaints promptly and escalate issues to concerned departments when necessary.

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
