? Design and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, etc.).
? Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize engagement strategies.
? Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value.
? Respond to customer feedback and reviews on Amazon and Flipkart to improve brand reputation.
? Maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy policies.
