We are looking for a proactive and fluent English-speaking Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, handling client coordination, conducting cold calls, and attending on-site meetings to ensure excellent client servicing and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
Handle day-to-day client coordination and communication.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Schedule and attend on-site meetings with clients for presentations, discussions, or service follow-ups.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions based on client needs.
Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English

Willingness to travel for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years in a customer-facing or sales coordination role.
