Roles and Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in call center sales, customer handling, or related field.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, client satisfaction, and telecalling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
