Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes managing post-sales service, resolving complaints, and promoting repeat business through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related issues.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

Assist in onboarding new customers and guide them through the company's services/products.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Collect feedback and suggest improvements based on customer insights.

Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.

Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in customer service, client handling, or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
