Key Responsibilities:



1. Proforma Invoice Management

2. Order Booking Form Updates

3. Document Management

4. Customer Database Maintenance

5. Customer Complaint & Grievance Resolution

6. Handle customer calls, emails, and queries professionally

Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree

Experience:

2 to 5 years Proven experience in a CRM or customer service-related role

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Ability to quickly resolve customer complaints and operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required) MS Office work: 1 year (Required) customer problem solving: 1 year (Required)
Language:

Excellent English (Required)
