Key Responsibilities
Customer & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and Email communication
Manage fresh leads, open leads, and follow-ups as per defined SLAs
Ensure 100% follow-up on walk-ins, enquiries, and online leads
Convert leads into store visits
CRM & Data Management
Update and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system
Track lead status, interaction history, and closure details
Ensure no lead remains unattended or incorrectly marked
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Sales Support & Conversions
Coordinate with store sales teams for appointment scheduling and closures
Support D0 and D+ conversions through proactive follow-ups
Upsell / cross-sell products and offers where applicable
Track and reduce quick visits and lost leads
Customer Experience & Retention
Conduct post-sale calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Support repeat sales, referrals, and loyalty initiatives
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Process & Compliance
Follow CRM SOPs and data hygiene standards strictly
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead conversion percentage
Follow-up adherence (TAT compliance)
D0 / D+ conversion rates
Repeat purchase & referral contribution
Customer satisfaction scores
Data accuracy and audit scores
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Customer-centric mindset
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting
Ability to multitask and manage high lead volumes
Basic understanding of retail sales processes
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
1-3 years experience in CRM, telesales, or customer service (Retail preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
