A Customer Relationship Executive in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is responsible for managing customer interactions, promoting financial products, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer service to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide product information and guidance.
Handle loan processing, documentation, and verification.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Follow up with customers for repayments, renewals, and cross-selling.
Coordinate with branch team for timely service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records and update customer details in the system.
Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service mindset and ability to handle pressure.
Basic knowledge of loan products and finance operations.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/ERP tools).
Problem-solving ability and strong follow-up skills.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Graduation (Any stream - Commerce/Business preferred).
Experience in financial services or customer service is an added advantage.
Work Environment:
Field visits may be required depending on loan category.
Working closely with sales, credit, and collection teams.
