Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and provide information about banking services.
Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and daily reports.
Resolve queries in a polite and professional manner.
Promote financial products and achieve monthly targets.
Support branch operations and coordinate with team members.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Target-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude.
