Key Responsibilities

Nurture & grow sales from existing customers

Win back churned clients and convert new leads into loyal customers

Build strong relationships, handle conflicts, and collect payments

Prepare Daily & Weekly Sales Reports; Monthly Sales Overview

Stand in for admin duties when needed

Qualification:

Graduate (any discipline)

1+ yrs in Sales/Telecalling & 1.5+ yrs corporate experience

Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; strong writing & speaking skills, Basic English.

Familiar with Zoho, Indiamart, WhatsApp Business API & courier systems

Excellent presentation, negotiation & customer-service skills

Compensation:

?10-13K fixed + ?2-5K commission
