Oversee all after-sales services and implementation activities in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, teachers, and academic coordinators
Visit schools and institutions to collect feedback, testimonials, and reviews
Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales support and relationship management
Ensure effective onboarding and usage books
Address queries, concerns, and support requirements from schools in a timely manner and support on digital work.
Coordinate with sales, content, and product teams to share feedback and improvement suggestions
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Support renewal, repeat orders, and upselling opportunities through relationship building
Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback in CRM or reporting tools
Ensure 100% customer retention.
Support sales with demos and other service-related requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
