Customer Relation Executive
to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with teachers, schools, and clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth communication process with the company. You will be the face of our organisation, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, schools, and clients.
Coordinate with academic reviewers for book reviews and feedback.
Address customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update reports regularly.
Support the sales and academic team by sharing customer insights and feedback.
Follow up with stakeholders for reviews, product feedback, and client satisfaction.
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a positive brand experience.
Assist in organising outreach programs, events, and academic interactions when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
