1- Customer Relationship Executive - (only female )

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the store

Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly

Maintain customer database and follow-up records

Handle after-sales service, feedback, and queries

Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams

Ensure a positive customer experience

Follow up on leads, appointments, and repeat visits

Skills Required:

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Polite, presentable, and customer-focused

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle queries calmly

Experience:

0-3 years preferred

Pay: ₹10,744.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
