Client Relationship Executive

with proven experience in the slimming or wellness industry. The ideal candidate will excel at building trust with clients, understanding their wellness goals, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Handle client consultations, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally Understand client needs and recommend appropriate slimming programs and services Ensure excellent client experience from onboarding to program completion Resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain accurate client records and update progress reports Support retention, referrals, and upselling through relationship management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
