Job Description

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling follow-ups, and supporting sales and service operations through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities.



Greet customers and understand their requirements politely and professionally Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone calls, WhatsApp, emails) Follow up with sales leads, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and pending documents Coordinate with Sales Executives and Service Advisors for smooth customer handling Collect and record customer feedback after vehicle delivery and service Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Update customer details accurately in DMS/CRM systems Remind customers about service due dates, insurance renewal, and extended warranty Support customer retention activities and loyalty programs Ensure proper documentation and customer records are maintained

Skills & Requirements



Graduate / Diploma (any discipline) 1-3 years of experience in automobile showroom or service Centre preferred Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills Knowledge of two-wheeler products and service processes is an advantage Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, DMS/CRM systems)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
