Explain services and guide students/researchers.
Maintain client relationships and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) or B.E / B.Tech.
2-3 years of experience.
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
Customer-focused mindset.
