About the Role

Adissia is hiring

Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)

with strong communication and convincing skills. The CRE will be responsible for contacting potential customers from CRM leads, explaining project details, and ensuring they book a site visit.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads generated through CRM / portals / marketing activities. Explain project details, features and investment benefits to customers professionally. Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and investment interest. Persuade and convert enquiries into

site visits

. Schedule and confirm customer appointments for project visits. Follow up with customers until the visit is completed. Maintain call logs, customer interactions and visit confirmations in CRM. Coordinate with Sales Team regarding scheduled visits and interested clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication in Tamil & English (mandatory)

Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Real Estate / Banking / Insurance preferred Freshers with strong communication skills & interest in real estate can also apply Convincing skills, confidence and customer-centric attitude Basic computer knowledge
