Job Role:

Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area List the details of all the prospects who intent to buy Mercedes-Benz products or services Fix appointments with prospects for sales consultants to make personal visits and / or deliver test drives Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all tele-outs and report the same to marketing manager/sales manager Tele-calling for inviting customers and / or prospects for customer engagement events Tele-calling for specific marketing programs running concurrently Customer Data Verification calling
