Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and client-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

to support and manage client interactions, address concerns, and ensure consistent delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for day-to-day communication and play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to promote trust and loyalty. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the initial setup process. Coordinate with technical, support, and project teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Monitor project timelines, update clients on progress, and manage expectations. Record all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems. Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Relationship Manager or technical leads. Identify and communicate potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities to the sales team. Ensure service delivery aligns with defined SLAs and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or relationship management role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of IT services and solutions. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Attributes:



Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Experience working in an IT company or with tech clients is a strong advantage.

Competitive salary based on experience.
