The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales and post sales processes for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining client databases, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to possession.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to property, documentation, and payments.
Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and meetings
Assist clients through the entire sales and post-sales process, ensuring timely updates.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams to resolve client concerns.
Liaise with sales, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth possession and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and interaction history.
Ensure all documentation, agreements, and payments are processed correctly.
Support in organizing client visits, handovers, and customer events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in real estate customer service, CRM, or sales coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
