Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance. Maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty. Address customer complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on feedback. Support sales team by understanding customer needs and facilitating purchases.

Key Requirements:



Willingness to relocate from the North East region. Preference for female candidates. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong customer orientation and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience in customer service or retail is desirable.
