Job Title: Service Marketing Executive (Royal Enfield)
1. Role Objective:
As a Service Marketing Executive, your primary goal is to strengthen relationships with existing Royal Enfield customers and increase service revenue. You will be responsible for educating customers about the benefits of timely servicing and promoting after-sales value-added services.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Contacting customers using the database to schedule appointments for timely servicing, pending repairs, and safety check-ups.
Service Promotion: Marketing and selling various Royal Enfield schemes such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Extended Warranty, and Roadside Assistance (RSA).
Campaign Management: Informing customers about service camps, free check-up camps, and special festive offers, and ensuring their participation.
Feedback & Retention: Collecting customer feedback after service and resolving issues for dissatisfied customers to retain them.
Service Reminders: Contacting lapsed customers with special discounts or offers to bring them back.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of daily call reports, appointment conversion rates, and service schemes sold.
3. Extra Role : As per requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
