1. Follow-up with customers as per scripts and scheduled time.
2. Coordinate with Service Advisors for technical queries of customers.
3. Maintaining the dissatisfied customers records and date of attending. Control of appointments ofdissatisfied customers.
4. Daily report of PSF (summary).
5. Calling customer for customer meets.
6. Customer complaints reports/record keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
