1. Custodian of all the Email communication and tangible files.
2. Responsible in forwarding reference call and other mode of enquiries with department head.
3. Identify new clients and prepare greeting messages, client data base against enquires and further follow up. Also act as a business center by sharing company profiles, brochures, work photos, experience certificate etc. with clients.
4. Responsible for preparing and updating reports such as enquiries, work completion and in progress, corporate turn over reports etc. and present the same to management on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
5. Responsible for preparing quotations and further quotation follow up.
6. Accountable for collecting Work order/Purchase order from clients and further payment follow up.
