The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the
sales journey
, from initial inquiry to post-delivery follow-up. This role focuses on enhancing the sales experience, ensuring complete customer satisfaction with the purchase process, and actively generating future sales opportunities through referrals and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Inquiry Management:
Coordinate and manage customer test drive requests and follow up on initial sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
Serve as a point of contact to ensure transparent and timely communication between the Sales Consultant and the customer during the booking process.
Sales Delivery & Onboarding:
Conduct personalized post-delivery follow-up calls to new vehicle owners to ensure satisfaction with the entire sales experience and vehicle handover process.
Handle and resolve any initial minor queries related to vehicle features, accessories, or sales documentation.
Feedback and Retention:
Administer customer satisfaction surveys (CSI) specifically targeting the sales and delivery experience to identify areas of excellence and improvement.
Proactively seek positive feedback and referrals from satisfied customers to generate new leads for the Sales team.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales follow-up status, customer interactions, and referral generation metrics for the Sales Management team.
Ensure all customer communication aligns strictly with MG and dealership brand standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (any field).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service, Customer Relationship, or Telesales role, preferably within the automotive or a related high-value retail industry.
Language Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and verbal) are mandatory.
