Customer Relationship Executives

to drive customer acquisition and manage relationships for our

Home Loan / Mortgage Loan products

. The role involves identifying potential customers, closing sales, and ensuring smooth loan processing with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new customer leads through referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms. Conduct product presentations and explain loan features to customers. Manage customer queries, documentation, and loan process updates. Negotiate loan terms and close deals effectively. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Cross-sell/upsell financial products for business growth. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company/regulatory policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate from a recognized university. 2-3 years of sales experience (preferred in BFSI sector). Strong knowledge of

Home Loan / Mortgage Loan processes

. Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Age:

20-30 years
