Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential buyers and NRI leads.
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, location advantages, and amenities.
Qualify and filter leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to invest.
Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM tools.
Follow up with clients regularly to nurture and convert leads.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CRM) for lead updates and scheduling.
Address basic client queries and ensure a positive pre-sales experience.
Support the team during weekends and rotate off days on weekdays.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and project knowledge.
