Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)

to handle client interactions, explain our

website & e-commerce solutions

, and support the sales process.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound client calls Explain website and e-commerce service packages Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up with leads and support conversions Coordinate with sales & technical teams Update client details and follow-up status
Requirements

Good communication skills (English / Malayalam / Hindi - any) Basic understanding of websites or digital services (training provided) Customer-friendly and confident attitude Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Willingness to work with targets
