We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, build strong relationships, follow up on leads, and support the sales process to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
Follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer calls promptly.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and solutions clearly to customers.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or company systems.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and follow-ups.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling ability and problem-solving attitude.
Basic sales knowledge or experience in customer-facing roles (preferred).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable using phone, email, and basic computer applications.
Qualifications
Plus Two / Any Degree (preferred).
Experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
