JKey Responsibilities:

To understand the customer needs. Should be well versed with the problems that customers are facing. To resolve customer's issues / challenges. Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction. Ensure maximum utilisation of the product & services given to the customers.

Required Skillset:

Ability to deal with difficult clients Open to learn new things Persistent Good analytical and problem solving skills Up-to-date customer knowledge Good interpersonal and customer care skills. Excellent?English communication skills?- both written and verbal. Good accurate records keeping

Graduation or Post Graduation
