Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the service department and assist with job card opening.
Coordinate with Service Advisors for vehicle status updates.
Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle progress.
Handle incoming calls, service bookings, and appointment management.
Collect customer feedback (CSI) and ensure concerns are resolved.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain records, service reminders, and follow-up logs.
Support escalations by coordinating with the service team.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 0-2 years in customer service (Automobile service experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant personality with patience and problem-solving ability.
