Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Identify potential clients and help grow the company's client base. Handle client queries related to trading and investment products. Promote company products such as mutual funds, PMS, and trading accounts. Assist clients with account opening, KYC updates, and other service requirements. Coordinate with the dealing desk and back-office teams for timely client support Achieve assigned goals within stipulated timelines

Required Skills & Competencies:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding or interest in stock markets and financial products. Customer friendly attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools). Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment

Qualifications:



Graduate (any discipline). Freshers are welcome.
