Greet and assist patients at the reception with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage the daily consultation calendar
Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and empathy
Counsel patients about non-surgical treatment options offered at the clinic
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp for consultation bookings
Convert telephonic and WhatsApp inquiries into confirmed appointments
Maintain patient records and update treatment progress in the system
Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations
Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily billing records
Support in managing clinic ambience and first impressions
Track patient satisfaction and encourage reviews/testimonials
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
Confident phone and WhatsApp communication
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
Organized, proactive, and a team player
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, or healthcare customer service
Background in tele-sales or client counselling is a plus
