Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Relationship Executive (Middleware)
who will act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and sales/operations. The role focuses on customer coordination, follow-ups, issue tracking, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
between customers and internal teams
Handle customer queries via
calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams for timely resolution
Track customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records and status updates
Ensure
customer satisfaction and retention
Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager
Support onboarding and documentation as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written
communication skills (English + local language)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of
CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in customer support, relationship management, or operations
Prior exposure to WhatsApp business communication is an advantage
