Customer Relationship Executive

who can be the voice of our brand -- ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and every order experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Interaction & Sales Conversion

Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, or social media inquiries. Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales. Suggest suitable biryani packs or catering options based on the customer's need.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers. Follow up for post-delivery feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle queries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.

Order Coordination

Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team for timely delivery. Support in ensuring quality and accuracy of orders before dispatch.

Operational Support

Assist during bulk order deliveries or corporate catering setups. Visit client locations occasionally for servicing and relationship building.

Requirements



Excellent communication skills in

English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Prior experience in

Customer Support / Inside Sales / F&B Operations

preferred. Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Passion for food and customer service mindset. Willingness to travel locally for client visits when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
