Tele Sales. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls

Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments

Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities

Handling the customer queries

Keep records of call

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Languages:- English & Kannada (Mandatory), Knowledge of Hindi & Tamil Carries weightage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
