Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries from
social media platforms
(Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
Manage
telephonic sales calls
and explain jewellery designs, pricing, offers, and schemes
Convert online and phone enquiries into
store visits and confirmed sales
Conduct
regular follow-ups
with customers regarding products, new collections, and festive offers
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Coordinate with showroom sales staff for customer visits and order fulfilment
Maintain accurate
customer records / CRM data
Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
Perform all other
general duties of a Customer Relationship Executive
Skills & Requirements
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in
sales and customer engagement
Ability to handle social media and telephonic customer interactions
Systematic approach to follow-ups and lead management
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
Languages Known:
Hindi, Malayalam, English, and Tamil
Experience in
jewellery / retail / luxury showroom sales
will be an added advantage
