We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will handle the complete customer journey--from showroom visit to product selection, order processing, delivery, installation coordination, and post-sale feedback.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales & Customer Handling
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in selecting tiles, bath fittings, sanitaryware, and interior products.
Understand customer needs, site size, design preferences, and budget to suggest suitable products.
Share product samples, catalogs, and prepare quotations or price estimates.
Maintain professional and courteous communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Order Processing
Confirm product details, quantity, rates, taxes, discounts, etc. with the customer.
Prepare sales orders/proforma invoice and get approval from customer.
Coordinate for advance payment and billing.
Delivery & Dispatch Coordination
Check stock availability with warehouse.
Coordinate with logistics team for product dispatch.
Communicate delivery timelines with the customer.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of material at customer site.
Installation Follow-up
Coordinate with in-house or third-party installer (if provided by company).
Fix appointment for site installation with customer.
Ensure installer visits site on time and completes work as per commitment.
Get feedback and proof of installation (photo/signature if required).
Post-Sale Feedback & Relationship Building
Follow up with customers after delivery/installation for satisfaction feedback.
Handle complaints or product/service issues and get them resolved promptly.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers for future business or referrals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of enquiries, orders, dispatch, installation, and feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with the reporting manager.
Use CRM/Excel/WhatsApp for communication tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or Interior-related field)
Experience: 1-3 years in showroom sales or customer service (Tiles/Sanitaryware preferred)
Language: Fluent in Hindi and local language, basic English
Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp; familiarity with billing software preferred
Personal: Good communication, polite behavior, time management, and follow-up skills
