Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers/patients
Address queries related to services, appointments, reports, and processes
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues

Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, and pending actions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
