Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities Experience in handling patient/customer queries and follow-ups Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email handling) Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers/patients Address queries related to services, appointments, reports, and processes Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, and pending actions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams in a timely manner
Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in customer relationship or service roles Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital settings preferred Patient, empathetic, and professional approach toward customers Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
