Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Assist in vehicle delivery and documentation.
Manage test drive scheduling and follow-ups.
Collect feedback and ensure satisfaction post-delivery.
Coordinate with sales consultants and back office.
Maintain CRM software with updated customer info.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
1-2 years' experience in customer handling/sales support.
