Qualification:

Graduate, MBA (Marketing), or sales and marketing-specific course from a reputed university.

Experience:

Min 2 years (in the real estate industry--mandatory)

Roles & responsibility:

Daily communication and follow up with sales & marketing team

Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns

Prepare and present sales reports to the management, Build a network of reliable external marketing professionals.

coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

Build and maintain excellent relationships with brokers, intermediaries, etc.

Follow up on Leads Generated through site and Maintaining of daily sales data

Required Skills:-

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Presentation skill
