Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Management
:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty and increase sales.
Analyze customer data to create targeted and effective campaigns.
Customer Segmentation
:
Segment customer database to personalize marketing efforts based on demographics, purchase history, and behavior.
Optimize segmentation strategies for improved targeting.
Campaign Development
:
Design and manage customer engagement campaigns including email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and product launches.
Customer Retention
:
Create and manage customer loyalty programs.
Develop post-purchase engagement plans to encourage repeat business.
CRM System Optimization
:
Maintain and update CRM database to ensure accurate and timely customer information.
Regularly monitor and optimize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for performance.
Reporting & Analysis
:
Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns using key metrics (e.g., customer retention, conversion rates).
Prepare reports on customer behavior and campaign results for senior management.
Collaboration
:
Work with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management or related roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
